Mary Bohner: I am not a chef, I am at best a reasonably good cook. I spend hours searching for just the right recipe for any occasion. I consider it a challenge to make sure anything I produce from my kitchen is the best I can possible make. That is the driving force behind hours and hours of reading cookbooks, searching the Internet and talking to other cooks. My recipes may not be original or the best you have ever eaten but if not, please let me know. This is my passion.
